GD Goenka Public School, Mahanagar celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great dignity and patriotic fervour, in alignment with this year’s national theme “150 Years of Vande Mataram.”
The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by our respected Chairman, Mr. Sarvesh Goel. While addressing the students, he highlighted the true essence of freedom and discipline, explaining through a thoughtful analogy that just as a kite cannot soar high if separated from its string, freedom too must be guided by rules.
His words left a deep and lasting impact on young minds. 🪁🇮🇳
The programme included an inspiring Tiranga Yatra, certificate distribution, and concluded with the distribution of laddoos, spreading joy and patriotic spirit across the campus.
The event successfully instilled a sense of patriotism, responsibility, and national pride among the students.
