At GD Goenka Public School, fostering environmental stewardship is an important part of our mission. This Earth Day, our students actively participated in a series of inspiring initiatives to promote love and responsibility for our planet.
Students from LKG and UKG took part in a plantation drive held at a local park. With great excitement and enthusiasm, they planted saplings, learning the importance of trees and greenery in making the Earth a healthier place for all.
Meanwhile, students of Classes 1-5 visited PAC office and interacted with Mr.Anoop Singh, IPS officer. Our young Goenkans presented him with planters as a gesture of gratitude and to promote the message of nurturing and growth.
In another impactful event, students from classes 3-5 took out a drive outside school campus with colorful placards and raising slogans focused on environmental awareness. Their energetic slogans and vibrant messages captured the attention of many, spreading the call for urgent action to protect our environment.
The Earth Day celebration truly reflected the spirit of teamwork, learning, and commitment to making a positive difference for the planet. We are proud of our students for stepping up as young environmental ambassadors.
